Carlos moved to the Kansas City area from Virginia after Graduating from Richard Bland College in 1994 with his Associates in Business Administration. While attending Richard Bland, Carlos was a member of the 1993-94 Men’s Basketball team. He completed his education at the University of Northern Iowa where he earned a Bachelor’s in General Studies and a Minor in Coaching (May, 1999).

Over the last 10 years he has been coaching High School and AAU Basketball year around.

  • Under the tutelage of Byron Jones (Currently an Assistant Coach at Fresno State)
• 2010 – 2013 St. Mary’s High School (Boys’ Head Varsity Coach)
• 2013 – 2017 Winnetonka High School (Boys’ Varsity Assistant)
• 2013 – Present KC Runnin’ Rebels (Grades 5th – 12th)
