A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Derrick Bowen has been coaching since he completed college at Missouri Western State University. He began working with Alby and the KC Runnin Rebels in 2012. Prior to joining forces with the Rebels, Derrick managed the KC Twinz basketball club. Derrick, more affectionately known as Coach D, loves the game of basketball and working with kids. Coach D and his wife Erin are always in the gym offering their support in any way they can.
